Which is the best mobile app to download on iOS which will allow me to receive push notifications? I currently have the JIRA Cloud by Atlassian app, but it doesn't send me a push notification when a ticket is first logged, which is what I want it to do.

Hi @tim_cooke_musicmagpie_co_uk 

We have slack integrated with Jira, and i created channels for each servicedesk project which notify me wih a notification on new ticket creation

We respond to clients within 15 to 20 minutes thanks to Slack
