Hi,
I have several service desks at this time all setup with Classic Jira Service Desk.
However, having spent some time investigating the Next Gen versions, I believe the Next Gen workflows offer more of what I am looking for at the moment.
My question, what is the easiest and cleanest way to migrate from a Classic TO Next Gen service desk without causing issues?
