We would need some workaround or help for the following request.
We have a service project for every customer. Can we configure the mail handlers that for every customer domain and project the new issues are generated in their own project?
Project A for customer CA - All issues are generated in A
Project B for customer CB - All issues are generated in B
This is precisely how JSM works.
In JSM email handlers (channels) are per project. Each project has its own email that can be used to open issue specific to that project. When an email is sent to a project email then issues will be added (or comment added) to the specific project.
