I have gotten no response to my ticket (PSSRV-10241) for Jira Service Desk. Looking to speak with someone on my trouble. Posted some updates in comments, but no replies yet. Issue is causing trouble in production environment.
You don't call them, they [might] call you.
You are limited to raising a ruckus on that ticket or creating another one, but be careful as you should not go and violate Atlassian's guidelines around ticket submission.
It is worth noting that different severity levels, support tiers, and etc can change the time to first response SLA. Cheers!
