The Jira Service Desk team is looking for customers who use Jira Service Desk to provision and manage AWS cloud resources. 

We’d love to better understand your current use case / workflow and learn how we can better integrate the two tools.

Hi,

we are using ServiceDesk to request temporary demo-instances for Jira and/or Confluence for our Consultants who are using those instances for demo-purposes.

Instances were created and terminated automatically.

I have just configured the Jira ServiceDesk Server and want to provision AWS resources once a customer requests it.

I would like to learn more on the same as you have already done it.
