Hello community!
In the Jira Service Management release 5.3 https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagement/jira-service-management-5-3-x-release-notes-1155497425.html Atlassian enabled login-free portal, which seems to meet our needs.
However we are facing the following issue: when the agent replies to the customer and shares some attachments (pdfs. docs) there are just links in the email body and not the actual attachments. The customer must login/register in order to download those attachments which totally contradicts with Atlassian "login free" portal.
Any ideas about it? Does Atlassian plan to work on that, I am not able to find any info?
