I am migrating and existing JIRA installation on a Linux server to a new Windows Server.  I cannot get the application to launch.  I get this ... http://localhost:8080/secure/errors.jsp

I have changed the dbconfig.xml to point to the MySQL db and verified it is using the correct username and password.  Note. I already migrated this to a staging windows server with no issues.  No I am migrating to the live/production server and am getting this issue.

What errors are you seeing in your logs?  Is the MySQL server on the same server as your Jira instance?  If not have you made sure that there are no firewall rules that could be blocking the connection.
