Linking a service desk issue to a Jira task but keeping it anonymous

We are currently using Jira Service Desk and Jira Software. We are linking the service desk reports to the cards inside the Jira Software. 

However we want the clients who have reported on the Service Desk to stay anonymous from team working on the Jira Software as there is lot of sensitive data. When we link the two, this gives those who have access to Jira Software access to view the information on the linked service desk request.

Is there a way to continue to link the two as it is really useful for the service desk staff to know when a issue has been fixed, but keep the client anonymous.

You will need to configure security scheme to incluse your SD team, customers,... and configure it automatically in workflow post function after creation or as hidden field on customer portal with preset value.
