I have agents A&B, to help handle the issues in my project.
When a issue is created, I assign it to agent A team leader. Agent A team leader will assign to engineer in his team. But he can see all the engineers in the Assignee box, incuding agent B members. I want to limit his permission, and make sure he can only see this members.
also other fields, like requested participates, watchers, and etc.
And also the sidebar, I don't want them to see the "Customer"/ "Report"/, only keep the "Queues"
Are these permission limit possible? please help, thanks

In the permission scheme, you could limit actions such as
Comment, transition issue, update issue to the assignee (and probably the reporter so they can comment and interact).

yes, I now forbidden team A leader to assign issues as a solution. But it is not convient. I wonder if there is a better solution.
