We are looking to use Jira Svc Mgmt to collect anonymous ideas and suggestions from employees. We want to have licensed users (employees) submit tickets as anonymous reporters.
I've found articles about unlicensed (public) users submitting as anonymous, but nothing specifically for licensed users in my use case. Can anyone suggest ideas on how to proceed? I am using Jira Data Center.
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
To be an anonymous user, the user has to log out of Jira. If Jira knows who you are, it will let you in and log your access as you.
I thought so, thank you for confirming!
