Leaderboard for JSD Cloud Agents with total tickets closed

Hi,

Is there a way form to setup a dashboard that shows the number of tickets completed by agents over a week or two weeks in leaderboard format? Something like:

Completed Tickets Leaderboard

from  10/17 - 10/23

Agent           Tickets Completed          Average Time to Completion

-------           --------------------          --------------------------------

Agent 1         25                                     0.3 days

Agent 2          9                                      0.8 days

Khalid,

The only delivered gadget that I can think of that will provide something about tickets completed is the two dimensional gadget.  We have used to to show a leaderboard of sorts for our agents.  We have a filter that pulls in all issues from our service desks for the last two weeks.  We then display the agents on the y-axis and the status on the x-axis.  If you did something similar but for resolved issues then you would get a close to what you are looking for but it would not have the average time to completion.  I know that their are apps like easyBI and smart reports that can do more.

Thanks @Brant Schroeder This solved part of my issue.

Hi,

How can get Performance reports of each agent in a project and 2nd requirement would be info like how many were resolved within SLA time and how many breached etc.

Thanks,
