Hello,
I am trying to restrict client access to a specific project.
I found a guide on how to do that, but when I try to view the profile of any client, this goes to a page that says that it does not exist.
I get this with all the clients that were created. Clients are able to log in - there is no problem there.
Of course, there is no way to submit a bug.
Any advice would be helpful.
Thank you!
With JSM Customers will not have profiles. Only licensed users will have a profile. However, you don’t need profiles to restrict customer access to a project. Access is controlled simply by adding a customer to the project. Further, you can restrict access thru the use of Organizations within a project.
OK, got it. Thanks!
I changed the permissions for the project to be "access for people added by team", instead of "anyone can create a ticket".
And now things got narrowed down.
Do I need to manually add clients each time or can I include the target project in the sign up link for the ( future to be created ) client account?
