Jira queue - adding emails as internal comments

Hello comunity!

First of all, thank you for you effort to help JIRA newbies like myself. Trully appreciate that.

Context:

I am heading towards to use JIRA queue as timeline while solving an issue, which leads to communiting with a lots of external participants. That cause a lot of troubles as JIRA does not have a funtionality to simply write an email to external participant. So I am writing email from my mailbox keeping JIRA queue email address in CC with and issue ID in subject. In that way JIRA adds my email and the reply to the issue and keeps the timeline of comms.

But recipient and email address of JIRA queue are added as requested participant. And the original requester is notified of such a commend was added.

Questions:

  1. is there a way to have added email based comments as Internal so Requestor is not notified?
  2. is there any way how to set per action in JIRA queue what notification will be sent/not sent?
  3. is there any way to set notification, requested participant adding behaviour of one single queue but not others within same Project or even another Project?
