Hi,
Manually I installed my plugin in Jira service desk tool. After installing my plugin I tried to open the issue page by clicking the recent issues from the Issues tab in the main menu.
But the issue page is not loading properly.

Does the issue occur when disabling the plugin?
If it doesn't then we can confirm that the issue is caused by the plugin.
We suggest reaching out to the plugin vendor to report this bug and get the fix.
I fixed this issue 2 days back.
In my plugin, I created a vm file to add some web-items on the Jira issues page right side panel. While creating a web-items in issues page right-side panel, I should not add <html></html> tags in my vm file. After removing the <html> tag It's working properly.
