Jira Service Management Training Options

Hello,

I am still very novice as a Jira Administrator, which I find challenging after 10 months w/ my current employer. 

I would like to know if Atlassian offers monthly subscriptions to become Jira certified? If so, can you provide a link to review the material prior to purchasing?

I'm really struggling to understand Jira Management and I believe becoming certified would enable me to perform better on my job.

Hi @Jason Duncan ~ in addition to @Jack Brickey 's recommendation, I would strongly recommend checking out this free learning path (in case you haven't already):  https://university.atlassian.com/student/collection/850385/path/2508834 .  It may help fill in some gaps where you're struggling.  Aside from that, definitely spin up your own free JSM Cloud site (you should also be able to upgrade to Premium for a free trial, which I believe is 30 days). Hi @Jason Duncan , you can certainly stand up your own installation for testing. You can do so for free but there are limitations that would restrict your training IMO. You can setup a standard for a more feature rich experience or go for premium. Both of the later can be a monthly subscription. https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/pricing
