Jira Service Management / Gsuite mail group integration

Good day!

We currently plan a migration from Jitbit to JSM. Previously we had the following configuration for mail at Jitbit:

As you can see is a Gsuite mail group, not a single e-mail address. We also used Sparkpost before to link Jitbit and and it worked well.

So we need to use the same way it was configured for Jitbit. How can we make this configuration? Please provide instruction.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When using Jira Service Management it’s possible to add a custom email address, but not a GSuite group. 

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
