We currently plan a migration from Jitbit to JSM. Previously we had the following configuration for mail at Jitbit:
As you can see support@wallarm.com is a Gsuite mail group, not a single e-mail address. We also used Sparkpost before to link Jitbit and support@wallarm.com and it worked well.
So we need to use support@wallarm.com the same way it was configured for Jitbit. How can we make this configuration? Please provide instruction.

When using Jira Service Management it’s possible to add a custom email address, but not a GSuite group.
There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
