Don`t think its possible.

There are several forums and questions to Atlassian, but all say not easily implemented or not supported.

Even tried a little myself this morning without any luck.

I also belive that itsn't possible, what can be done is to setup a alias on Apache with a virtual host, and then redirect it to customer portal URL.

Also does not appear to be possible to restrict the user from access the service desk portal index, thus the customer can sometimes access a level above their intended customer portal, then not viewing the specifc portal request types.
