Jira Service Desk - Salesforce Integration

Hi,

 

My company uses a Jira Service Desk project as a support portal for our users. Users submit tickets for feature requests and bugs. 

Is there any Salesforce integration for Jira Service Desk? Or a custom way to get the data from the service desk into Salesforce?

Yes, this is doable using custom development and Sinergify - A Salesforce and & Jira connector can definitely help you with this.
