Jira Service Desk Portal Customization

Team,

I'm not able to remove default service desk ticket type option from home page. I have customized one more as per my need and would be needing only that to be visible. Please let me know ho this can be configured.

Additionally In my Request Type setting page I have only this data, not sure where is this getting populated from.

Hi Prakash and welcome to Atlassian Community!

The first screenshot is related to the projects that you have access on the instance.
The second screenshot is related to the request types and their groups, which the changes do not reflect on the page of the first screenshot.

If you want to remove the Diksha Service Desk from the portal you must set the project as private, it means that you must go to Project settings > Customer permission and select the following option:

Also, please go to Jira Settings > Products > Configuration and change the options below:

Then you must remove everyone from this project, so when customers access the customer portal, they will only see Diksha L1.

Note that, if you are an administrator, even if you remove everyone from the project, you will still be able to see the project in the customer portal, so after removing everyone, you can remove yourself, otherwise, if this project is no longer used, you can delete it.
