Hello community why Jira Service Desk App doesn't allow us to change the request type on the mobile app?
Is this feature not implemented ? Can someone guide me here.
On the Web App works like a charm and in the Mobile App it shows me the request type tag but when you click to change it does nothing.
Please help

Testing on my mobile some Service Desk ticket, I was also not able to change the Request type. With that said, I'm afraid to say that this is currently not supported.
