The company I work for has Jira Software and 5 users. I am trying to get started on Jira Service Desk but when I go to try it a notification comes up to tell me that I have exceeded the 3 agents available with the free plan.
The Jira Software users won't be the same as the service desk users but I don't know how to get around this.
Can anyone help?
On a free instance, you're given 10 users max. which means you can only use 10 users total on all applications. If you have confluence, Jira software, JSM etc all will be a collective count of those users.
I will suggest, you review your entire user list again from the admin hub and check the users who has been added to two applications.
