Jira Cloud - having ORDER BY (SLA) in the JQL search field is broken since this morning for us

Arnar Símonarson November 24, 2022

As the title says, we use ORDER BY "Time to resolution" ASC at the end of our search strings which we use for our queues and this part of the search string seems to be broken since this morning.

The search result, queues and dashboard modules that have this string all give errors. I also tested some other SLA and they give the same result.

I have tested different search strings such as resolution = unresolved AND CustomField in ("X") AND project in ("X") ORDER BY Priority etc and everything seems to work except ordering by SLA which breaks the search.

Are we the only ones getting this error?

Just to add, if i search without SLA but have the SLA column in the view the SLA displays normally.

It just seems to be having it in the search string that seems to break things.
