Hello,

Now our reminders for customers in JSM are sent from one defined user. We want to send them from different users (precisely from the ticket assignee). Is it possible to configure it somehow or are there apps that can help me with this case?

Thanks!

Best regards,
Katerina

@Katerina Rudkovskaya _Stiltsoft_ -

Automation for Jira's default rule event user can only be one person (usually an account with all the necessary rights to execute the rules).  This user will be used for all of your automation rules as far as I know for right now.

Therefore, it is not possible select the ticket assignee (as a parameter).  In our env, we use a service account instead of an actual real-person.

Hope this helps.
