Hello everyone,
I recently updated my instance of Jira Software (Data Center) to version 9.4.1 and Service Management to 5.4.1 in order to try out the long-awaited login-free portal. However, I am experiencing some strange behavior and I am unsure if I have configured it correctly.
To provide some background on my configuration:
My goal is to have one portal with multiple projects, some of which are open to the public and some of which are private and only accessible to registered users with certain groups.
I have applied the changes from the suggested page to the project that I want to be public. I have the confirmation that it is public from the pop-up that appears when I enter the project settings that says "Login-free portal is enabled for your project."
However, when browsing the portal as an anonymous user, I am observing the following:
