JSD old mails processing

JSD mail processing happens once a minute and is claimed to process every unread mails.

I've tried that, by going to the mailbox and setting a mail (external mail and previously processed) from last month as unread but the system won't process it.

Is there any date limit?

How to set older to be caught by JSD mail processing?

JSD version 3.9.9

Dear @Pedro Santos,

It looks like this is a known issue: JSDSERVER-1509 . Best you vote for this suggestion.

As a work around, you could bounce the mails out and in again - then they are treated as NEW.

Didn't saw on any of the documentation that it just processes mails received after being setup.
