JSD: Keep the customer session acress bew browser reboot

Hi!

On JIRA service Desk, when my customer close his web browser, his session is closed even if he use "Keep me logged in". So next time, he has to login on the customer portal again. Is there a way to keep the session active across the terminal reboot?

Hi Takar,

Which browser is your customer using? I recommend you to check if the option to automatically clear cache is enabled. Please refer to this page for some tips on how to check it for multiple browsers.
