Hello, I am trying to write a Python script in order to pull in info from JSD tickets. Turns out that the custom field I am getting info from, I cant gather all the info off of it since they are Insight attributes I am assuming.
I attempt to pull in 'customfield_12801' and receive 2 of the 10 or so attributes actually in the field.
I tried using 'customfield_12801.attribute' where attribute is the name of the attribute in insight but keep receiving errors.
Was hoping someone could help out or point me in the right direction.
