JSD :CC email user doesnt appear into jira ticket sent by email

Jira Service Desk

Is there a way or another to have email sent to the JSD that contain 3-4-5-6 CC user to be visible into the ticket when we want to answer it.

Can you point me toward an email how to do this or have an explanation  on how to achieve this goal?
