JQL query. Users displaying as numbers

Hello

 

im using jql to display the reporters. After choosing the reporter it shows all these numbers instead of the name.

 

Why is that? Can it be fixed?

I started to see the same behavior in our Cloud instance.  It resolves the names as their IDs for some reason.
