JIRA navigation options are different than external courses navigation option

Hello,

I am trying to learn JIRA from external sources (UDEMY).

My JIRA navigation options are different than the option in courses from external.

e.g. My Navigations options I can see are: Dashboard | Projects | Issues | Board | Test | Plans | Issue Templates |Actionable Agile | Risk Manager | Create

External courses Navigations options: Your work | Projects | Filters | Dashboards | Teams | Plans | Apps | Create

Why is this so, I am facing difficulty in learning the JIRA available to my platform and the platform I see on external courses.

Can anyone help me on this? or do this is because that I need admin login access or anything else?

Welcome to the community !!

There are 2 different Jira instances. One is self hosted know as Jira data center and other one is Jira cloud. Jira cloud is hosted by atlassian directly and will have *.atlassian.net/jira in the url. 

From the screenshot you have shared, I can confirm UDEMY instructor is using Jira data center and you are using Jira cloud. 

Jira data center and Jira cloud have difference in UI and also Udemy instructor have installed few plugins in his/her instance and it has added some extra items in the Menu bar. 

You can download Jira data center from https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/download-archives and install the trial license to be used.
