JIRA down? We can login but can't see any of our issues

The status says its operational, its clearly not. We are using JIRA service desk on the cloud. We can login but can't see any of our issues. This is very critical.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

If you are still having this issue you should reach out to Atlassian Support. My instance is running fine and everything shows as green on the system status page.
