After a server reboot, the JIRA service desk site is not coming back online. Tried several reboots and restart services with no luck.
You will need to read the application (and possibly server) logs to see what is going wrong.
Start with the <jira home>/log/atlassian-jira.log file, that's most likely to have captured the fault.
