I would like to share and discuss best practices for creating a CMDB / IT Asset Management with JIRA Service Desk and Insight (Riada).
I created my own environment, but I would like to share my experience with other people.
From a concept point of view I created the CMDB / Asset Management using ITIL as best practice.
We are in the process of demo'ing ServiceNow as well as BMC/Helix. Can Service Desk even compare? How is Insight's network discovery? Will it work work with AWS and VMWare? Please advise.
