My JSD complains a lot (!) regarding permissions:
Looking into the "requirements":
http://www.mos-eisley.dk/display/ATLASSIAN/JSD+Permissions+required
I really cant see the need for some of them, like
for the "Service Desk Customer - Portal Access" ....
And If I have a reopen Transition, JSD tells the user:
Even though the Transition has no user assignment at all. And the issue is assigned...
Should I just Accept the defaults? And if no, cant I get rid og the so annoying popup...
Nothing new there..... I was looking for real answers...
I actually would like to know the reasons behind the settings before applying them.
Im an 8 yrs expert in JIRA, have made countless workflows etc. And I never (!) give delete rights to anybody without a real good argumentable reason.
BR,
Normann
Yeah, i ve seen lots of complaints about this.. I dont want customers to delete anything, yet Jira complains if this is removed from the security...
I dont get it..
Me neither..... maybee some Css in the banner to kill the damn thing :-/
