[JIRA] Issue when defining new users

Hello,

I am using Atlassian cloud and the JIRA evaluation version.

I have defined 2 users and invited them to connect to my project.

When there are clicking on the link provided then never get the hand again.

The tool is loading without end.

Internet Explorer is causing the issue.
