In my team, Service Desk is integrated with Jira Software. Every request that enters through the SD goes to the backlog of Jira's activities. I would like to create an automation that updates the item on the Service Desk as soon as it is updated on Jira Software, but I haven't been able to do so far.
Can anybody help me?

A option is to create an automation rule that adjusts the linked service issue during a transition of a software issue. For example, post a comment in it. Is this what you are looking for?

Yes, that's right :)
But I had already done this automation. Fortunately, I identified the problem: the rules created were restricted only to the Jira Software project and did not include the project on the Service Desk, so the SD item was not triggered when any change occurred in the Jira Software task.
