Issues By Calendar Day

I want to count the number of tickets each one of my support personnel takes individually which I have done, but I only want to count them by calendar day.  If I make the time frame in hours, then depending on what time you check the number of tickets, you will get some from the day before since I have a day and night shift.  If I can do it by calendar day then it would update at midnight.
