The Atlassian Community can help you and your team get more value out of Atlassian products and practices.
We are having an issue with the scheduler piece of Jira that it's not displaying our 'Scheduled Issues". Another issue is that when a user goes to update the next trigger date on a ticket, it displays the below error:
Error rendering 'pl.com.tt.jira.plugin.theschedulerpro:issue-web-panel'. Please contact your Jira administrators.
We are on an older version (v8.5.1), but working towards upgrading currently.
Any help?
Welcome to the community. Based on the error message, this seems to be associated with an third party add-on. Can you provide more clarification? - What do you mean by "issue with the scheduler piece of Jira"
If this is associated with a 3rd party add-on, then your best bet is to reach out to the specific vendor for further assistance.
Hope this helps.

Hi @Sarah O_Brien ,
I'm from The Scheduler team, please contact our support through our support portal: The Scheduler - support
Please include screenshots and additional info like: what is your current app version, if you upgraded recently (if yes, then from which version). Does it affect all users in all projects, or is it user/project specific?
Also please include Jira logs in the support request - we will check if there are any issues related to our app
Cheers,
Łukasz
