Is there anyway to turn a checklist within a card into a full List with a hack or a power up?

Hi! 

I am doing some work back planning and I would love to take a checklist I have on one card and turn it into a stand alone list with all the items in that checklist then becoming cards. Any ideas?

Just turning one item at a time from the checklist into a card is time consuming to be replicating on a regular basis.
