When the links of service desk are shared on the Linkedin, a bad CSFR error is show in the description of title.
We want to be able to customize the link preview on linkedin of the service desk page, does any one know how to add meta tags image, title, description in the each of the service desk pages.
Thanks in advance
Hello Sagar,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to know if you can share with us a screenshot of the error.
Searching for similar cases, I didn't find anything that could help us, so please, share a screenshot and the steps you are following, so we can try to replicate the issue here to check what is happening.
Regards,
Angélica

Attach below is the screenshot.
This is happening to all the links of service desk and confluence articles when we send the links in Linkedin or any other medium, the link preview is broken. This is a very critical issue for us
Try this or any other links of ours:

Hello @sagar agrawal ,
[EDITED 17/7/2020]
I have asked dev to have a quick look at this and they say that actually no iFrame is actually embedded in the post.
LinkedIn is just rendering a div based on data they’ve fetched from the JSD portal. The rendering of this metadata is for some reason showing the JSON object. This could be an issue with how LinkedIn is parsing the metadata.
So, as previously mentioned, I am not sure why this is happening and if there is a way to customize the link preview. This is something you should ask LinkedIn customers support.
In the meanwhile, as a workaround, you can remove the site preview and add a picture/banner together with the link.
Have a nice weekend.
Cheers,
Dario
