Hello Jira team,
Maybe this is my stupid question :)
I'm doing the integration with Jira by sending email to my instance(General Service Desk project) so that it will create a ticket automatically. It's working normally and perfectly with my free plan.
I'm not sure if there is any limitation for Incoming Email as I checked in the document link below.
It just mentions the limitation of sending email notifications and no information for incoming emails
