Hello Jira team,
Maybe this is my stupid question :)
I'm doing the integration with Jira by sending email to my instance(General Service Desk project) so that it will create a ticket automatically. It's working normally and perfectly with my free plan.
I'm not sure if there is any limitation for Incoming Email as I checked in the document link below.
It just mentions the limitation of sending email notifications and no information for incoming emails

There is no restrictions on the number of Requests created by using Email as a channel.
"Jira can send a maximum of 100 emails per day on the Free plan" is to do with notifications & alerts via email.
