I want to follow up my tickets answering to my customers with formal emails with signatures and my company email as sender, is there a way to do that inside Jira Service Desk (Cloud)? And also if my customer responds I would like to see the email response inside Jira.

This is not available w/in JSD. You might look at addon apps e.g. JETI or other. I don't have any personal experience w/ an addon that would do this however. The "...my company email as sender" might be tricky from w/in the JSD app.
