I have a three step approval process. For example in a request for software
Manager Approval -> Security Team Approval -> Business Owner Approval.
The previous admin allowed the BO to request more info from the Security Team
and likewise the Security team to request more info from the manager
and likewise the Manager to request more info from the employee.
When an issue is kicked back for more info from more than one levels the lower approval remains Approved.
How can a reset the Security Team's approval if for example the BO requested more info and then the security team requested more info from the Manager.

If your approvals
Manager Approval -> Security Team Approval -> Business Owner Approval.
are statuses in your workflow transition back to any of those statuses will require the approval to be redone.
