customer still has access to past requests.
We are "retiring" an existing portal. If i remove the service desk customer from the Browse permissions, the portal is not visible to the customer, but neither are their past requests.
Hi @deborah a plante - Have you tried removing portal groups from the legacy request types? While this doesn't fully hide the portal, it will prevent customers from being able to raise new requests while still enabling visibility into their legacy requests.
That is how i currently have it set. it is really just the aesthetics of having an group their, but nothing under it.

If you have group(s) with no request types listed, you can delete them by navigating to Project Settings >> Portal Groups and deleting your empty groups.
