Is it possible to show a script to guide the customer when he is registering a request?

For example:
When the customer fills in the product field as XXX then presents him with some additional information:

1) Attach the evidence;
2) Include a video with the simulation;
3) Don't forget to configure the 123 scheme.

Thanks for reaching out, and In jira cloud there are no options to add scrip injections to change the default application behavior as it is part of the Restricted functions in JIRA Cloud applications, discussed in more detail in:

The Customization option possible in the portal for both the Cloud and server Platforms are discussed in the KB article:

• Jira Service Desk: Customizing the Customer Portal

From the description of what you are looking to do it does sound like an option that can be configured natively by  Customizing the request type, and adding in a "Display Nmae" or "Field Help" options with the custom steps.

as an example if you add in the Display name "Custom Description here" and field help  options of "1) Attach the evidence; \\ 2) Include a video with the simulation; \\ 3) Don't forget to configure the 123 scheme." (noting the "\\" is used to act as a line break):

It will show up in the customer portal view like this for the customer view:
