My project is currently using the Chat for JIRA Service Desk Cloud app and I am looking to build a report based on the data collected using this app. If an issue is created from the chat this information can accessed from the project dashboard when filtering issues.
The app dashboard displays saved information on old chats(if the chat was assigned to an agent or is unassigned, when the chat was created, links a ticket number to the chat if one was created). Is it possible to access this information when building a report from the project dashboard or is it possible to export this table of data into excel?
