I'd like to set up an alert or a mechanism to highlight to JIRA Jira Service Management agents that Jira Service Management Mail Handler status has received a Failed status message.
Currently, the only way to manage this is to have a daily reminder for agents to manually check the Service Desk Project > Email Requests > Default email account > View logs

On Jira Service Management, currently, the only way to check if emails failed to create tickets is by checking the mail logs manually. It's not possible to configure a notification to let admins or agents know if something failed.
