Hi team,
we are experiencing several customer satisfaction ratings (especially negative ones) where no comment is provided. Actually the comment itself is enforced already, but blanks are allowed.
Is it possible to add some kind of behaviour or similar to check the string that is added? This would be helpful to prevent empty comments so that the service desk has something to work with for further improvements.
Unfortunately I did not find anything on the web...

If you look there is a workaround that uses automation to add them to a custom field.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
