Is it possible to add short link to Jira Customer satisfaction

Hi community,

Is it possible to add short link to jira built-in customer satisfaction question? So it would retrieve a clickable link with short name link 'Survey' and the link would take a user to a 3rd party survey tool for more detialed feedback. 

I tried html but it shows not expected result, like this:

<a href="MY_LINK">Survey</a>

and jira mark-up [survey|MY_LINK] but also with no luck.

Any ideas, if this is possible? Thanks!

Hi @Niktia Kupchin welcome to the community.  Currently there is not a way to have a custom survey for Cust Sat.  There are several Jira suggestions submitted on Atlassian's Jira site including JSDCLOUD-4686.

I would suggest voting for and watching them for future updates.

Thanks! I'm aware of this and my question is more about the possibility to include a short link in the body of Cust Sat question/message.
