Is Jira Core license enough to integrate to Jira Service Management?

Hello,

Is Jira Core license enough to integrate to Jira Service Management? This is given the fact that we also buy Jira Service Management license. Just wondering if we need to upgrade our Jira Core to Jira Software license in order to integrate with Jira Service Management.

Do you have two Jira instances running? One with software and other JSM? And you would like to integrate them both? Or are you running software already and want to add a JSM subscription?

We are already running Jira but with jira-core license. We are planning to integrate JSM for the chatbot feature. Thanks!
